Akito Natsuki chooses to spend his month-long summer vacation in his hometown after his workplace shuts down for renovations.
With no funds and little to occupy his time, he opts for a laid-back approach. At home, his sister-in-law Miyuri, whom he once admired, and Sayoko, who has always treated him as her own child, awaited his return. Akito attempted to conceal his emotions as usual and played the role of the brother-in-law, but a slip of the tongue inadvertently exposes his true feelings. Consequently, his previously stagnant relationships with Miyuki and Sayoko begin to evolve once more, ultimately leading him to become deeply involved with both of them.
